The Driehaus award winners were notified in October and the awards were held at The Cliff Dwellers in downtown Chicago the first week of November. There are some great projects this year, and even better, the CBA collects a list of all of the contractors or local resources used for these projects so if you’re looking to get work done on your bungalow, that list is a great place to start.

I was honored to win my third award this year for the restoration of my dining room (a project that I began documenting but had never really shared on this blog). In honor of the project, and my final Driehaus nomination, I’ll share all of the details from start to finish in a separate post.

It was great to see old bungalow friends and meet new ones…and the views never disappoint either!
